1. Mood setter : First thing you watch after wake is something you want to do that day. Self improvement videos or watch interviews. 2. Long term goals : Make a realistic and long term goals and don't settle down for something. Your destination should be crystal clear what you want from your life. 3. Make a to do list Write 3 work around things and 2 long term things what you will do today. 4. Use alarm clock method Set an alarm for every working 1 hour and write what you did in it. From waking up to dinner. At night focus where you had wasted your time and improve next day. 5. Consistency vs. Intensity One day you worked for 10 hours and burn out so you didn't work the next day and becomes lazy to the 3rd day. Take a day break and fix your working hours. Consistency doesn't mean working with the same intensity everyday. If you don't feel productive a day then give yourself a dopamine rush and take break.
